Diet Seimbang

Assalamualaikum, it's now 1.25 am, malam ni aku just nak share tentang diet yang aku tengah jalani sekarang.I'm just 154 cm girl and weight **kg.. aku dah kira BMI Alhamdulillah masih berat yang normal.. hmm tapi tak tau la why my friends told me that I'm fat. Haha.. but I still love them.  Maybe sebab dulu aku keding kot..  Masa sekolah menengah macam mana nak gemuk, sebab kitorang sekolah sukan, memang wajib arr dikerah masuk sukan itu ini.  Hmm .. lepas SPM, masa duduk rumah tu, ha.. masa tu la aku menternak lemak.Tambahan lagi, aku selalu pergi rumah mak cik, dia memang pakar masak memasak ni. Perghh sedap, setiap hari makan ayam masak merah, daging masak hitam dengan nasi tomato. 

Mula-mula aku buat bodoh je orang tegur, tetapi lama-lama ada la touching sikit.. 
Satu hari ni (sebulan yang lalu) aku entah macam mana berazam nak dapatkan badan yang dulu.. actually aku tak selesa dengan badan aku sendiri, kalau duduk rasa je lemak yang berlapis (haha) pastu kalau pakai baju hah mulalah nampak tak cantik. I miss my old body *poyo. 

Start hari tu, aku mula diet tak nak makan nasi selama 2 bulan. Kononnya nak tiru Dafi dengan Aizat yang tak makan nasi 2 bulan terus kurus. Nah, ambik ko.. aku gastrik sebab tak makan nasi 11 hari. What a sad life.Memang kelupur arr kena gastrik yang bukan kepalang tu. Mak pun marah sebab tak makan nasi, mak cakap kitakan orang Melayu, itu memang makanan ruji kita dari dulu. Kawan aku pun ada cakap nasi tu penting just jangan ambil berlebihan.

Start dari tu, aku plan balik diet. DIET SEIMBANG. 

aku cuba search tentang diet yang seimbang ni, salah satu yang ira jumpa,  macam mana nak kuruskan badan:

1.  Minum air mineral bagi banyak (2-4) liter sehari
2. Elakkan makanan bergoreng 
3. Makan nasi hanya segenggam (PENTING)
4. Lebihkan sayur-sayuran dan buah-buahan
5. Untuk Protein, Ikanlah yang terbaik, tapi kalau mengidam sangat ayam, just boleh ambil bahagian dada
6. Jangan minum sambil makan
7. Jangan tidur lepas makan, tunggu sampai 1 jam baru boleh tidur
8. Makan buah sebelum makan sajian berat (salah satu sunnah Rasullallah saw)
9. Kacang baik untuk kurangkan kolestrol dalam badan
10. Pantang air manis, just minum air kosong, air bergas haram.

Ayah, ada cakap kita kena ambil makanan bersesuaian dengan aktiviti kita. Kalau kita aktif boleh la makan banyak tapi kalau pasif ambil sekadar yang perlu. Berhenti sebelum kenyang. Glukosa dalam makanan akan bertukar jadi tenaga, tapi kalau tenaga tersebut tak digunakan maka kita pun akan jadi MOK2 la. 


Setakat ni, ini jelah yang aku amalkan, Alhamdulillah.. Kawan aku cakap dah ada perubahan. Dia cakap tak payah dah diet, tapi akua still rasa belum sampai lagi target yang diimpikan, so I will continuelah my diet ni.
Diet ni bukan je bermanfaat untuk kuruskan badan, malah kulit jadi sihat, rambut pun sihat, semuanya kerana diet yang seimbang.

Kalau badan cantik, senang la nak pakai baju cantik-cantik. Kan?

B.A.P

Hello and Assalamualaikum to Muslim readers...
it's such a long time I did not update my blog.. busy with class and assingnment. A lot of things have change including my blog, thanks to my lovely friend, who help me to renew my blog. Thanks Shira! 
Actually, I wanna tell you guys about my favorite k-pop group. They are B.A.P. I've become a Baby. Before this I was a VIP (Bigbang) don't get me wrong, I still love them! 

For this entry, I wanna share with you guys bout B.A.P (stands for Best Absolute Perfect). I love them cause they are really Best and Absolute and Perfecto. Why I love them? hmm.... their songs is the best on earth, they have Charisma, their dance super duper awesome hmmm and they are handsome too :).The most important thing that they are not pretty-boy. Don't you believe that... they just debut in 2012 and just in 2 years they have achieved a lot of awards, in fact they have been known all over the world. B.A.P have 6 members and they are:

*Bang Yongguk (Leader, Rapper, 24 y/o)


He is such a good leader, have a talent in making song. Have such a sweet smile.
I call him Mr Gummy.

*Kim Him Chan (Vocal, Face of the group, 24 y/o)


He is the the naughtiest in that group eventhough he is a Hyung. a noisy person haha without him the other B.A.P members will fell bore.


*Daehyun (Main vocal, 21 y/o)


He's the best vocal ever. Young Jae bestfriend


.*Young Jae (Vocal leader, 20 y/0)



He also one of the noise member in that group. Haha. He maybe looks pretty, but he is a real man.

*Jongup (Vocal, Dancer, 19 y/o)


innocent man, like to smile, the dance machine in that group

*Zelo (Rap, Dancer, 18 y/o)

I love all of their songs, cause they are different from other group. For me they are like a WARRIOR who have NO MERCY towards BADMAN. ONE SHOT to destroy the evil POWER. They will never STOP IT and always become ANGLE 1004. Even there are a HURRICANE they will always WITH YOU cause they are our LOVESICK.
